This website is operated by Adapt Gas Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09961601. Our registered office is Unit 18, Building 12, Tameside Business Park, Denton, Manchester, M34 3QS. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

When you submit our contact / “Request Support” form we collect: your name, phone number, site postcode, the type of request, and optionally your company name, a description of your enquiry, and your preferred contact time. We also collect basic technical information automatically (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, and deliver the services you ask for. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR Article 6 are:

• Consent — when you voluntarily submit the form.
• Legitimate interests — to run our business and respond to commercial enquiries, where this does not override your rights.
• Contract — to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to perform a contract you have asked for.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data with the following processors, under written contract:

• Our hosting and database provider (Supabase) — to store your submission securely.
• Our email / notification provider — to alert our team that an enquiry has been received.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not transfer it outside the UK / EEA except where appropriate safeguards are in place.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal, accounting, or regulatory reasons.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
• Have your data erased in certain circumstances;
• Restrict or object to our processing;
• Data portability for data you provided to us;
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis.
